The California Dietetic Association Foundation thanks all of its donors for their financial support.  Thank you to all who donated via their registration form for the CDA Annual Meeting, participation in the Annual Meeting basket drawings, and who donate on an ongoing basis through eScrip.

Click on photo to download PDF form. FREE APRON FOR YOUR DONATION! CDA Foundation (CDAF) is undertaking a campaign to raise funds for scholarships for our deserving students and professionals. Therefore, we are asking for donations to the Foundation. As a thank you gift for each $25 donation, you may receive one CDAF apron, if you wish. They are available in both children and adult sizes. There is a limit of 5 aprons per address; however, there is no limit on the amount you may donate. Aprons will be mailed to you within 4 weeks. Shipping and handling will be: $3 for 1-2 aprons or $5 for 3-5 aprons.
