LAD Referral Service
One of the benefits of LAD membership is the free LAD Referral Service.  LAD members desiring client referrals for nutrition education/consultation can register to receive this service.  Please see the registration form attached as a Microsoft Word document > LAD Referral Service Form.  If prompted to "Enter Network Password," hit "Cancel."  You do not need a user nor password.
