CDA RD BROCHURE USER POLICY

If you are going to use this brochure or any part of it, you must adhere to the following stipulations:

1) COPY PROFESSIONALLY
This brochure represents the CA Dietetic Association and as such must be delivered in a professional manner. It should be printed double-sided on gloss or semi-gloss brochure paper.

2) CHANGES MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE
Any changes to the text of the brochure must be approved by CDA in writing, prior to making the changes and printing the brochure.

3) NOTIFY CDA OF USE
CDA is to be notified about use of the brochure. Notification is to include: where the brochure was distributed, by whom it was distributed, for what purpose/event was it utilized, and how many were distributed.  Please complete the brief form below.
