Cost of Ad
Currently, ads are $100.00 per ad per occurrence (price effective June 1, 2007).
Each position is considered a SINGLE ad posting.  If more than more position is entered into the ad management system during a single session, the first position will be posted and the subsequent positions will be deleted upon review.  The advertiser will receive an e-mail requesting that the additional ads be entered as separate ads.
There is an additional charge of $2.00 if a hard copy of the invoice is requested (see Invoicing below).
Nonpayment of ad within 7 business days will constitute removal of ad.  Payment is due within 7 business days.

Payment Options
The CDA Executive Office accepts VISA and MasterCard.  To process a VISA or MasterCard payment, please call Pat Smith, CDA Administrative Assistant, at 310.822.0177.  Otherwise remit payment via check payable to CDA.  Mail check to California Dietetic Association, 7740 Manchester Ave., Ste. 102, Playa del Rey, CA 90293-8499.

PLEASE NOTE:
GRAPHIC AWAKENING, INC. POSTS THE AD(S).
CDA ACCEPTS PAYMENT FOR THE AD(S). 
PAYMENT SHOULD BE SENT TO CDA.

Timeline for Posting/Length of Posting
Ads are posted within 24-48 hours upon receipt of payment, except for weekends and holidays.  Ads run for 8 weeks.  Ads are automatically removed through the Classified Ads Automated System.  If you wish to extend your ad, please re-enter your information.

Invoicing
Invoicing is performed via e-mail at no cost to the advertiser.

Acceptance of Guidelines/Disclaimer
By submitting an ad to be posted on the CDA Website, dietitian.org, you are accepting these guidelines and agree to the terms of use and noted fees.  All ads are subject to the approval of the CDA Executive Board.
