CDA wants
to advance all areas of dietetics practice in CA!
To this end, the CDA Executive Board used the expertise
of a healthcare policy attorney to evaluate our Business
and Professions codes (2585 - 2586.8). The
conclusion is that CDA needs to write and introduce
legislation to re-structure our Business and Professions
codes which will include licensure for RDs in CA.
This process will require support from all California
RDs. Watch for more detailed information in the
Fall edition of the Bulletin which will be mailed to you
in November.

In an
environmental attempt to save paper, CDA is considering
eliminating the session handouts from the annual meeting
program book. All session handouts will be made
available for download from CDA's Website prior to and
after the meeting. The book will still contain all
program information, maps, poster session information,
CEU forms, and exhibit information.
Would you be in favor of this change - yes or no?
Let us know! E-mail us at:
