Is there a deadline for taking the RD registration
exam after completing my dietetic internship?
Your program director submits your documents to CDR for processing
your eligibility. After CDR processes your information and approves your
registered status, ACT is notified to provide you an exam application.
The eligibility status window is one year from the date ACT sends you an
application. If you do not forward the completed application to ACT
within one year, you will have to contact CDR to be reauthorized. If you
returned your application with payment to ACT, you have one year to
test. If you do not test within this year, your authorization will
expire and you will have to contact CDR to become authorized to start
the process again. |
